Use of Products purchased on this website:

We make every effort to sell quality products on this website. We do not warrant the quality of any product after use, and on the most part, if the product is used in a proper sense, the product will serve its normal and intended purpose for a reasonable time.

We want to make sure that we are accessible to all our fellow islanders, whether you have a question, comment, or want to make an order...just view our contact info on the " Contact Us " page. Email works best.

 

Copyright:

Copyright laws protect all our designs and content. It is unlawful for any party to duplicate, replicate, distribute, publish, print, or reproduce any of our designs or content with out our prior written consent.

 

Credit Cards:

The only way to shop on-line is with a credit card. We do not accept other forms of payment. We do accept most major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, and at times American Express. We assure that transactions we conduct are private and secure. If for some reason, you feel that your credit card has been wrongfully charged or if you are victim of fraud, please contact us immediately and we will fix the matter. We will record your IP address to avoid fraud. We will report any fraudulent activity to the proper authorities immediately. If your credit card transaction fails, either the card declines, etc., we will notify you and hold the order.

 

Damaged Items:

If you think that you have received a damaged item, you must make a claim within 24 hours of receiving the item. You must email your claim. We will then determine what happened and attempt to fix the problem.

 

Designs:

All our designs belong to us, as they were created by us. Our designs are original and express some aspect of the island culture and heritage. Most of the end products look very close to the designs on this site. Designs are subject to change with out notice.

 

Email Confirmation:

Once we receive your order, we will reply with an email confirmation, outlining your order, total amount, shipping and handling (if any), and delivery method. You can always contact us via email if you have any questions during this process.

 

Exchanges:

We have a "No Exchange" policy. So, once your order has shipped, you cannot exchange your item for another, unless you have made a claim for a damaged item, and we have agreed to that claim.

 

Fraud:

We make it a point to prevent and avoid on-line fraud, especially in regards to the use of credit cards. We do try our best to take measures that make your credit card transaction with us private and secure. We record all IP addresses to track users. If you feel like you are a victim of credit card fraud (if someone has wrongfully used your card to purchase from us), please contact us immediately, as we will assist you to fix the problem.

 

Licensed Company:

We are a licensed company in the U.S. Territory of Guam. We are a legitimate business and have our operations on Guam.

 

Mailing Address:

Make sure you provide an accurate mailing address, indicating the apartment or house number, street name, city, state, country, and zip code. Orders delayed or lost due to you providing us with the wrong address are not our responsibility.

 

Order Cancellations:

Once you authorize us to charge your credit card, you cannot cancel or change your order. No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

 

Packing:

We pack and mail orders in the best way we see fit. Our packing ensures that the order will arrive to you in good condition. We are not responsible for torn and damaged packing, and not responsible if damaged packing causes the order contents to be damaged.

 

Picking-up:

Sorry, we do not have a location where you can pick up your order.

 

Prices:

Our current prices are mentioned for each product on our website. prices are subject to change with out notice. Custom designs are quoted per job. There shall be no dispute on prices, as we have clearly mentioned them on our website.

 

Privacy:

Any or all of the personal info you share with us is private and we will not share it with anyone else. It only serves for the sole purpose of processing your order.

Refunds:

We have a "No Refund" policy. All sales are final after you authorize us to charge your credit card. If you make a claim on a damaged item, and if we agree, we will "exchange" or "replace" the item, but not provide any refund.

 

Shipping and Handling:

We ship most items using USPS Priority Mail and our Shipping and Handling costs are clearly mentioned on our website. We are not responsible for any delays caused by our shipper. Most orders are shipped within 1-15 days after we receive your completed credit card form, and it takes between 7 - 15 days for orders to reach you.

 

Turn Around Time:

We will send your order between 1-5 days, after receiving your completed credit card form. We are not responsible for delays caused by natural events or delays caused by the shipper. Shipping takes 7 - 15 days, on an average.

 

Wrong Orders:

If you think that we have shipped you the wrong order, you must let us know with in 24 hours of receiving the order. Failure to do so may result in no active claim. Please make your claim via email. If we have indeed sent you the wrong order, we will send you the correct order within 24-72 hours.
